Romans 10: 1- 4 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved. 2 For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
Prayer Points
- We pray for the salvation of Israelis. Open the eyes of their heart to see, love and follow JESUS. Tear of every veil that blinds them from seeing the Man of Calvary.
- Romans 10:1-4 Cause all Israelis to submit to the righteousness of God and not seek to establish their own righteousness.
- Lord, You will not continue to mourn and lament over Isreal; You will see the travail of Your Son Jesus over all nations and be satisfied.
Nations Against Israel
Joel 3:1-2 For behold, in those days and at that time, When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, 2 I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.
Zechariah 12:3 And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.
Zechariah 12:9 It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
- Lord, wake up all the sleeping elders and Elishas at rest in Zion whilst famine of righteousness ravages the nations. 2 Kings 6:32
- Look down on all your beloved whose national leaders have partnered against Your heritage Israel and be merciful unto us. Ps 119:132
- Awake the church of the living God; cause us again to be the pillar and ground of truth. 1 Tim 3:15
Believers - Matthew 24
Vs. 4 Take heed... pay attention, give notice to your heart, to your soul.
Vs.12 Has your love {for Christ} waxed cold?
Vs.13 But he that endures to the end shall be saved... not he that starts well or in the middle.{ Grace, thy grace alone}
Vs. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come...What are you living for? Are you a bearer of this Gospel of the kingdom? What has preoccupied your heart, time, resources and talents?
