Europe: Give Me This Mountain
- The European Church

  • After the fall, all the principles of life including education, societal norms, idioms, cultures, philosophies, values, beliefs, ways of life, ideas, standards, morals, customs, concepts, outlook, ethics, learning, home training, views, opinions, governments, financials and relationships were set up by the old man to allow for him to operate freely in and among men.
  • The enemy sets the agenda for his purpose and uses all the above to execute, maintain and propagate his agenda from one generation to the other.
  • Once a principle has been set, he goes to work very quickly to infiltrate every area of human existence with this lie until that principle becomes a norm; becomes acceptable behaviour and the church is not spared. E.g. abortion.
  • These principles are a direct affront and opposition to God, to His position, to His direction and His declaration about the subject in question.
  • The church is meant to speak and shine against this onslaught of darkness.

 The European Church
  • The Bishop of Grantham has become the first Church of England bishop to say that he is gay and in a relationship.
  • Bishop Nicholas Chamberlain, a suffragan in Lincoln diocese, was consecrated last year by Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby - who has said he knew about the bishop's sexuality. He said, "He lives within the bishops' guidelines and his sexuality is completely irrelevant to his office.“
  • Susie Leafe, the chairwoman of the conservative evangelical group Reform said, "All human beings have a range of complex desires; who he is attracted to should not make any difference to his ability to do the job of a bishop." 
  • Dr Barry Morgan, the Archbishop of Wales, says that sex between gay people in committed relationships is perfectly “proper.” Even Biblical texts often cited as condemning homosexuality, such as the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah with fire and brimstone, could be “interpreted in more than one way”, he said. Read as a whole, it is not possible to argue that there is “one settled understanding of what the Bible says” on sexuality and a range of other topics, he claimed.
  • Following wide consultation, the Methodist Conference in 2014 agreed that more time was needed for careful reflection before deciding whether to look again at our understanding of marriage. Same-sex marriage is not the only consideration. There are wider issues in relation to human relationships in the modern world which may or may not lead the church to reconsider our definition of marriage.

 The Enemy is Knocking/Pressing on the Door

"But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, where are the men which came in to thee this night? Bring them out unto us, that we may know them. And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,
And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof. And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door." (Genesis 19:4-9)

His Aim is the Family - The Unit of the Church

"But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt." (Genesis 19:26) 

"And the firstborn said unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in unto us after the manner of all the earth: Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father." (Genesis 19:31- 32) 
  • Dead works deposited in the lives of the girls have become amplified now in the absence of their mother.
  • Sinful habits, principles, cultures, philosophies, values, beliefs, ways of life, ideas, standards, collected in Sodom and Gomorrah which were not buried by the mother were transferred to the daughters and now they became enlarged, augmented, increased, bigger and greater than they were in the mother.

 The Last Adam Most Superior

"Thus it is written, The first man Adam became a living being (an individual personality); the last Adam (Christ) became a life-giving Spirit [restoring the dead to life]." (1 Corinthians 15:45)
  • The New Man is most superior to the old man; He gives life and awakens all that is dead. He lights up the darkness that the old man has sown so far in our lives and in the church of God.
  • One day, one week, one month, one year, a lifetime of living, carrying, obeying, allowing the New Man inside of us to manifest will dismantle all that the old man has done for years in our lives and centuries within the church.

 I Die Daily…By Faith

 "Always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies." (2 Corinthians 4:10)
  • We died; we truly died; we know we have been crucified with Christ (Galatians 2:20); we saw Jesus evidently crucified before us (Galatians 3:1) when we trusted and believed the gospel preached to us. It was by faith.
  • Yet we must carry this death around with us everywhere, anywhere, on a daily, moment by moment basis by faith.
  • My death is not a once in a lifetime achievement, but a continuous daily process.
  • As we hang there on the cross by faith (for example, by being mute when we are abused, our by burying previous angry responses out of sight), we ask Him how He wants to respond. The resurrection life will then shoot out and Jesus will manifest Himself in that situation to the people around.
  • The point of our death on the cross is the point where the resurrection life will come forth.
  • Individual and collective DEATH will produce the RESURRECTION LIFE that will birth the revival that will transform Europe.

 Revive Thy Work O Lord!

"O Lord, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O Lord, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy." (Habakkuk 3:2)
  • We are asking for a miracle; we are asking that the Lord will remember mercy. 
  • We (the church), have pushed Him; we have accosted Him; what an affront both in our individual lives, in our families and in the church collectively.
  • We are asking for mercy this afternoon. Lord, in Your wrath remember mercy.

 Prayers for Your Family

  • Lord, have mercy on my household; have mercy on us. Let the gospel work fully and completely in my life first, then it will engulf every member of my family.
  • Teach me to carry the death, the burial, the resurrection of Christ in my body daily.
  • Have mercy upon my household, I beseech you this; turn towards us with mercy and rescue us from this onslaught of Satan.
  • Deliver my household from this "pressing at the door";  secure my household inside of Christ.
  • Lord, circumcise our hearts with the gospel that we are receiving now and uproot any familial dead works or collective family sinful habits that have been deposited in our family.
  • Pull down every structure, principle, education, societal norm, idiom, culture, philosophy, value, belief, way of life, idea, standard, moral, custom, concept, outlook, ethic, learning, home training, view, opinion, sinful habit, dead work, that the old man has deposited up till now in my household; dismantle them or Lord.
  • Instruct and teach me; give me definite instructions on (what, how, when) you want to work in and through me to dismantle them in my household in Jesus' name. 

 Prayers for the Church 

  • Lord, have mercy on Your church; have mercy on us. Let the gospel be restated afresh, again and anew.
  • Have mercy upon us, O Lord; we beseech You this morning, turn towards us with mercy and rescue us from this onslaught of Satan.
  • Deliver Your church from this "pressing at the door"; secure those who are Your true church inside of Christ.
  • Send the correct and complete gospel afresh to Your people, O Lord. We pray to dismantle every deposit, structure, principle, education, societal norm, idioms, culture, philosophy, value, belief, way of life, idea, standard, moral, custom, concept, outlook, ethic, learning, home training, view and opinion of Satan in the church.
  • Pull down every structure, principle, false gospel and adulterated gospel, that Satan is pushing forcefully upon us. Dismantle them, O Lord.
  • Please Lord, mercy is what we cry for. Rescue us, save us, O Lord. 

 The 'Obadiahs' of the Church are Still in Hiding 

"And Ahab called Obadiah, which was the governor of his house. (Now Obadiah feared the Lord greatly: For it was so, when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the Lord, that Obadiah took an hundred prophets, and hid them by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water.)" (1 Kings 18:3-4).

"Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him." (1 Kings 19:18).
  • There are many 'Obadiahs' and many 'seven thousands' in every nation in Europe, in every denomination, church and christian organisation.

 Prayer Points

  • O God! Please hasten the day that the Holy Spirit will fully come as a rushing mighty wind    upon Europe.
  • Revive Thy work, O Lord, in the midst of the years.
  • Holy Spirit, baptise afresh Your 'Obadiahs' in the European Church. Holy Spirit, baptise afresh Your 'seven thousands' in the European Church.
  • Holy Spirit, please bring Your 'Obadiahs' out of obscurity. Holy Spirit, please bring Your 'seven thousands' out of hiding. Holy Spirit, propel us into the limelight to blaze the message of the cross.
  • Holy Spirit, You have them in government, in education, in finance, on the pulpit, in politics, in   the palaces, in the schools, in the health sector, in the market and retail sector, in the media.
  • Holy Spirit, galvanise Your 'Obadiahs' to arise from their slumber, from their fear and from their sleep. Holy Spirit, mobilise Your 'seven thousands' to arise from their slumber, from their fear and from their sleep.
  • Holy Spirit, please fall afresh upon my household. We wait for You; we are waiting for You.

Nigeria: Occupy till I Come

9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 
10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 
13 Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?”
14 And I said to him, “Sir, you know.”
So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 
15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. 16 They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat;
17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

We know that God owns Nigeria

Psalm 22:27-28 KJV
27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.28 For the kingdom is the Lord's: and he is the governor among the nations.

2 Corinthians 5:14-15
 14 For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; 15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.

•       Nigeria is the Lord’s, including all the tribes and people groups in Nigeria.
•       God has not relinquished His ownership of Nigeria to anyone, to any power or to any authority.
•       God is the One who is the Governor among the nation of Nigeria. He controls the  government, kings, those in positions of authority and all the people.
•       Every single Nigerian is included in the death of Christ on the Cross. God’s plan and expectation is that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Christ.
•       Every tribe and people group in Nigeria will remember the sacrifice of Christ and turn unto the Lord; they will worship before Him.

We know that God’s power is unlimited.

Job 42:2
AMP –“I know that You can do all things, And that no thought or purpose of Yours                                          can be restrained.”
TLB – “I know that you can do anything and that no one can stop you.”
CEV – “No one can oppose you, because you have the power to do what you want.”

Psalm 86:8-9 KJV
8 Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.9 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.

•       Nothing and no one can stop, hinder, restrain or oppose what God has purposed to do in making multitudes of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues come to Him through the gospel of Christ– it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes. (Romans 1:16)
•       We are in the presence God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. (Eph 3:20).
•       This is our request: Come in Your great might and arise over the thick darkness that is still brooding over the tribes and people group in Nigeria. Arise and never set.

Prayer Points | O Lord, Arise

•       Thank God for His ownership, unlimited power and authority over the nation of Nigeria; power to save, power to deliver, power to bring every tribe and people group in Nigeria before His throne.
•       Thank God for the message of the cross; for the gospel of Christ, the power that brings all men to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
•       Thank the Lord that nothing and no one can stop, hinder, restrain or oppose what He has purposed to do in making multitudes of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues come to Him through the gospel of Christ–
•       Lord, please have mercy on the people of Nigeria.  Go from tribe to tribe; visit every people group. Cause them to hear the complete gospel message and turn to You in repentance. 
•       O Lord, arise over the nation of Nigeria. Come in Your great might to bring salvation to the people. Come in Your great might and arise over the thick darkness that is still brooding over the tribes and people groups in Nigeria.
•       Cause every tribe and people group in Nigeria to will know You and to remember Your sacrifice on the cross.  Send Your messengers who will preach to them in their own language.
•       O Lord, Nigeria is Yours. You are the Governor among the nations and no one can oppose you, because you have the power to do what you want.
•       Arise, O Morning Star; Arise and never set in the nation of Nigeria.

The Work of the Holy Spirit

1When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 
3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5 And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven. 
6 And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. 
7 Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? 
8 And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born? 
9 Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, 11 Cretans and Arabs—we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.

John 20:21-22 NKJV
21 So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” 22 And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.

•       Jesus is the One who prepares the preachers that He sends out. He breathed on His disciples and they became powerful witnesses.
•       The Holy Spirit came again to fill them on the Day of Pentecost. Becoming of ONE heart and ONE soul is also the work of the Holy Spirit. With great power, the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus.
•       They began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.  Everyone heard them speak the wonderful works of God in his own language. 
•       It is the work of the Holy Spirit that will ensure that every tribe and ethnic group in Nigeria will hear the complete gospel in their own language.

Prayer Points | The Work of the Holy Spirit

•       Holy Spirit, please breathe upon your disciples in Nigeria and make them to become effective witnesses of the Lord Jesus Christ.
•       Help your missionaries labouring among the tribes in Nigeria. Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit so that through them, the unbelievers will hear the gospel in their own language, in the manner in which they will understand. Let them be cut to the heart and say,  “Men and brethren, what shall we do?”
•       Holy Spirit, come down and manifest Your power.  Do a work amongst your disciples in Nigeria so that they can be of one heart and one soul, as with the disciples in the upper room. Establish them in the complete gospel so that they can preach Jesus from their lives.
•       Holy Spirit, please make the purpose of Christ’s death become suddenly clear to those who have heard the gospel in Nigeria. Bring understanding. Help them to see that it is so that henceforth they should no longer live for themselves but for Christ who died for us and rose again. (2 Cor. 5:15).
•       Let there be preachers of the complete gospel in every language of every tribe in Nigeria. Please let disciples multiply in Nigeria.

 The Day Has Broken Upon Us

Psalm 110:1-7 (KJV) - “The Lord said unto my Lord, sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion; rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath. He shall judge among the heathen; he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries. He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore, shall he lift up the head.” 

Matthew 3:1-3
“In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,
And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, the voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.”

John 1:19-23
“And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou? And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.
And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.”

 Isaiah 40:3-5
“The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the  desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be  made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.”

 John 1:31- 34
“And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing  with water. And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it  abode upon him. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptize with the Holy Ghost. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.” 
  • Repentance is a critical ingredient in the manifestation of the Lord unto men
  • Repentance first of all prepares the ground of the hearts of men to receive their Saviour.
  • Repentance raises every valley of humanity and human decadence to a level that they can now begin to receive the Lord.
  • All the mountains in different cultures, lifestyles, standards of living, values or lack of it, morals beliefs systems are levelled as whole communities, nations begin to repent.
  • All crookedness of men, at home, in the workplace, on the street, in business, in government, are straightened as men begin to repent their hearts are turned to the Lord.
  •  Repentance levels the mountains of individual, collective, community, national sins, sinful habits, so the veil can be removed men can begin to themselves as God sees them and begin to cry for deliverance.

Prayer Points

  • Lord, have mercy on us Europeans; we have sinned against You in every way.
  • We have removed You from every facet of our activities as humans; we have removed You from schools, from hospitals, for the government and even now from the church.
  • We have re-written Your ordained precept about relationships, marriage and family life; we have adopted and made into law, decrees that are abomination to you, O Lord.
  • We have gone AWOL and followed after Satan; we have given our children over to him via all the various means that he has sold us through the media, music, fashion, digital technology, education, sex and abortion.
  • We have refused to retain You as God even though all creation points to the fact that there is a God and our conscience says tells us so, yet we refused You because we did not want to be curtailed by You or obey you; now You have given us up to a reprobate mind, a mind that is devoid of judgement between what is wrong and what is right.
  • Have mercy on us, O Lord; we confess our hedonistic lifestyle;  our self-seeking, pleasure loving, money chasing way of life.

Confession

We have wearied you oh Lord with our iniquities.
We have despised you.
We have dishonoured you.
We have caused You to fret, we have broken Your heart.
Our sins are ever before us, we have…

Let Us Begin to Recount and Confess All Our Sins, Inquities as Europeans.

Prayer Points

  •  Lord, please pour out upon Europe a spirit of repentance.
  • O Lord, begin to brood upon the hearts of men, begin to cause an unrest, an agitation, a turbulence in the hearts of Europeans.
  • O  dear Spirit of the living God, send Your word like a sword into the hearts of Europeans, like a dagger, like a hammer that breaks the rock, like fire that melt mountains so that we Europeans can begin to see our sins the way You see them.
  • Then we can begin to confess, to be sorrowful, to mourn for our sins, our rebellious, insolence, with which we have wearied You, O Lord.
  • Then we can begin to make a complete U-turn and turn away from our sins and turn back to You.
  •  Pour upon all the nations of Europe, a deep sense of our own unworthiness, worthlessness, shame, at our defiance to You, O Lord!

God Wants Everyone to Repent if Possible.

 2 Peter 3:9 (CEV)
 “The Lord isn’t slow about keeping his promises, as some people think he is. In fact, God is patient, because he wants everyone to turn from sin and no one to be lost.” 

Ezekiel 18:23 (TLB)
 “Do you think I like to see the wicked die?” asks the Lord. “Of course not! I only want him to turn from his wicked ways and live.” 

God is Only Looking for a Voice Crying.

Jonah 1:1-2
“Now the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.” 

Jonah 4:1-2
“But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he was very angry. And he prayed unto the Lord, and said, I pray thee, O Lord, was not this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore, I fled before unto Tarshish: for I knew that thou art a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repentest thee of the evil.” 

A Rod, a Voice Like John the Baptist.

  • How did John the Baptist know that he was “the voice”?
  • He discovered from Scriptures as morning by morning, he diligently spent time alone with God.
  • His discovery led to his devotion; he determined in his heart to be devoted to his call.
  • His devotion led to his discipline for the role of “a voice”, a forerunner of the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • His diligent study of the word led to his discovery; he made a decision to give his whole life’s attention to the call; he was determined to see the showing of Lord Christ and this led to his discipline of life.

 Prayer Points

 Let our John the Baptists discover their purpose from the Scriptures.

  • Let “the voice” who will prepare the way for the Lord in every nation of Europe discover their call as they diligently study the scriptures.
  • Morning by morning, Lord, show them that they are “the voice” crying in the wilderness of Europe to call the people to repentance.
  • Lord, capture their hearts so they can become devoted to the call to see Jesus manifest in their nations and in their generation.
  • Let them be able in the power of the Holy Ghost to exercise the discipline they need for the call of the forerunner.

13 Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?” 14 And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. 16 They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; 17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

We know that: The earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Psalm 24:1 KJV

•       The earth (including Nigeria) is the Lord’s, all that is in it, including all the citizens of Nigeria –  over 173.6 million citizens.
•     Nigeria is the Lord’s because God created Nigeria, God set Nigeria’s boundaries (not the British colonialist), God created all the tribes and people groups of Nigeria and located then in Nigeria. – over 300 tribes.
•    Both the land, the seas, the resources, the animals , the people, the citizens, the foreigners within Nigeria are His.
•     God has not relinquished His ownership of Nigeria nor the people therein to anyone, to any power or to any authority.
•       Nigeria is the Lord’s.

We know that: God [or Christ; He] stripped the spiritual rulers and powers of their authority [disarmed/despoiled the rulers and authorities]. With the cross, he won the victory and ·showed the world that they were powerless [publicly shamed them; made a public spectacle of them; like a triumphant general displaying his captives in a victory parade].  Colossians 2:15 EXB

•       Christ has a claim over every person in every tribe in Nigeria because of the work of the cross.
•       At the cross, every conflict was finished; every power of darkness was finished. Satan lost it.
•       God purchased the people of Nigeria with a great price the blood of Jesus.
•       All the tribes, peoples and tongues in Nigeria are numbered among the great multitude standing before the throne and before the Lamb.


We know that: Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out. 32 And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.” 33 This He said, signifying by what death He would die.  John 12:31:33 NKJV

•       Christ has been lifted up from the earth and He will draw all peoples to Himself.
•       Satan has lost it.
•       This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations. For the Lord of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back? Isaiah 14:26-17
•       All the tribes, peoples and tongues in Nigeria are numbered among the great multitude standing before the throne and before the Lamb.

Prayer Points| Spirit of faith come down

•       Let us thank the Lord for what He has purposed concerning Nigeria.
•       As we lift up Nigeria before the throne of God, let us ask the Spirit of faith to come down upon us. Lord, give us faith to believe what You have purposed.
•     Open our eyes to see that everything contrary to Your will in Nigeria has been dismantled by the cross.
•       Let us ask the Spirit of faith come down upon the people of Nigeria.
•       Lord, have mercy on the people of Nigeria; reveal Christ to them. Reveal the work of the cross to them. Give them eyes to see that the ruler of this world that has held them bound has been cast out.
•    Take away the covering of darkness over their understanding and bring them into the knowledge of the Father and of the Son. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4.
•      No man can truly say that Jesus is the Lord unless You take the veil away and  breath the Living Word. Spirit of faith, visit Nigeria and do what only You can do.

Challenge the ‘Gates’ in Nigeria
Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Psalm 24:9-10.

•    Gates of unrighteousness in the school system, political system, health system and in every facet of society.
•       Gates of ungodliness and wickedness.
•       Gates of religion (Islam, indigenous beliefs).
•       Gates of distraction caused by economic instability.
•       Gates of Mammon
•       Gates of ancestral spirits and endless genealogies.
•       Gates in the church (preaching philosophies and ideas, not Christ).

Prayer Points| Challenge the gates
•       Lift up your heads, o ye gates in Nigeria! Lift up you everlasting doors.  The king of glory will come in.
•       Christ has said: “It is finished!” The veil has been ripped from top to bottom.  We declare the victory of the cross over Nigeria.
•       “You shall declare a thing and it shall be established unto You.”    Job 22:28.
•       Declare that wickedness will not over-run Nigeria.
•       Declare that Nigeria is the Lord’s and all that is in Nigeria.
•       Declare that the King of glory will come through every gate.
•       Declare that the God will reveal the message of the cross to every heart as He has purposed.
•       Declare that Islam will not over-run Nigeria.
•       Every hindrance to the spread of the gospel will be lifted up in the name of Jesus.

 The Church in Nigeria

•       There is hope.
•       The invisible Church has already emerged from the visible Church.

Romans 11:3-5
3 “Lord, they have killed Your prophets and torn down Your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life”? 4 But what does the divine response say to him? “I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.” 5 Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

Prayer Points| The Church in Nigeria

...till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting…  Ephesians 4:13-14

•       Pray for the message of the cross to be the only message, so that the people of God will no longer be tossed to and fro.
•          Pray for boldness for the remnants to arise and make disciples.
•      Pray for the growth of the invisible church, the body of Christ, to attain to ‘a perfect man’ which is CHRIST.
•       Pray for the leaders of the Church, that the Lord will encounter them; that the Lord will equip them with the DOCTRINE OF CHRIST without which the Church cannot grow.
