Excellence of the Restored Nation
Jeremiah 33:1-12

1 While Jeremiah was still confined in the courtyard of the guard, the word of the LORD came to him a second time:
2 “This is what the LORD says, he who made the earth, the LORD who formed it and established it—the LORD is his name:
Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know
4 For this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says about the houses in this city and the royal palaces of Judah that have been torn down to be used against the siege ramps and the sword
5 in the fight with the Babylonians: ‘They will be filled with the dead bodies of the people I will slay in my anger and wrath. I will hide my face from this city because of all its wickedness.
6 “‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.
7 I will bring Judah and Israel back from captivity and will rebuild them as they were before.
8 I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins of rebellion against me.
Then this city will bring me renown, joy, praise and honour before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it; and they will be in awe and will tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.’
10 “This is what the LORD says: ‘You say about this place, “It is a desolate waste, without people or animals.” Yet, in the towns of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem that are deserted, inhabited by neither people nor animals, there will be heard once more 11 the sounds of joy and gladness, the voices of bride and bridegroom, and the voices of those who bring thank offerings to the house of the LORD, saying, “Give thanks to the LORD Almighty, for the LORD is good; his love endures forever.” For I will restore the fortunes of the land as they were before,’ says the LORD.
12 “This is what the LORD Almighty says: ‘In this place, desolate and without people or animals—in all its towns there will again be pastures for shepherds to rest their flocks.

In the above scripture we see that the people of Israel were at a point of destruction (to bow down to superiority, demolition, knocking down, pulling down, tearing down, and dismantling). Also the North America and all the nations within the Continent are at a similar point.

Satan has come to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus has come so that we can have life and have it more abundantly. John 10:10.

Our heavenly Father has an opposite word for us: "RESTORE" (bring back to a former condition, re-instate, return, repair, renovate).

Prayer Points

ü  Let us pray for all the nations in the North America continent.

ü  Let us thank God for the great invitation to call upon HIM.

ü  Thank HIM for HIS promise to answer us and show us great and mighty things we do not know.

ü  Let us rejoice at the promise of abundant life concerning this great continent.

ü  Pray that God will bring health and healing to North America, that He will heal them and let them enjoy abundant peace and security.

ü  May God bring them out of everything that has held them captive and rebuild them as they were before.

ü  Let us mention the vices that has held some of these nations captive - drug cartels in Mexico particularly.

ü  Father, cleanse them from all the sins they have committed against You.

ü  Lord, forgive all their sins of rebellion against You, Your Son and Your Word.

ü  Pray for the Church in this continent, pray for the Church in USA etc.

ü  May this continent bring renown joy, praise and honour to God such that other nations will hear of the good things the Lord will do in her midst; such that they will be in awe and tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace the Lord will provide.

ü  Pray that sounds of joy and gladness, voices of those who bring thank offerings to the House of the Lord saying, “Give thanks to the Lord, for the Lord is good, His love endures forever.

ü  May the Lord restore the fortunes of the continent as they were before.

ü  In ALL its towns, may there be pastures for shepherds to rest their flocks.

ü  Pray for shepherds to be like Jesus. the true and good shepherd. May God rid His church of all hirelings in North America.

ü  May the flock begin to hear the voice of the good shepherd and embrace the true, complete gospel.

ü  May God open more doors for the Word and for His shepherds to speak the mystery of Christ. Colossians 4:3.

Nigeria - Occupy Till I Come

Occupy...Keep Busy...Take Up...March Into...Consume All.

LUKE 19:11-20, 27
11 And as they heard these things, He added and spake a parable, because He was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.
12 He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.
13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.
14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.
15 And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto Him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.
16 Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.
17 And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.
18 And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.
19 And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.
20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:
27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

Occupy...
  1. Keep busy with...
  2. Take up all the available space...
  3. March into another’s territory by military force for the purposes of conquest  and occupation...”
  4. Consume all of one’s attention or time...
  • This is our Master’s command to His servants – His followers, the ones He trusted with His resources. These ones are His disciples as opposed to mere citizens. Nigeria needs more men and women in every strata to whom Jesus can commit Himself, His life that is light.
  • The Master first committed His resources equally to each of His servants and then commanded them to occupy till He returns. There are many in Nigeria in whom Christ is located. They need to go ‘do business’ for the Master; being totally consumed with this mission.
  • These disciples were occupying in the midst of citizens who hated the King, they were even profitable in that evil environment. In Nigeria, there is hostility to Jesus (and the message of Calvary) both in society and in the church, yet the Lord’s disciples MUST gain ground by making disciples.
  • They marched into hostile territory, conquered, occupied and gained ground for their Master. The only hope for transformation in Nigeria is the Church – a Church ready to forsake all ties to the world and march into the enemy’s camp to rescue those held captive by Satan, a Church that grows in numbers of disciples and not just members.
  • There are those disciples who did not occupy till the Master returned. What a waste! The life entrusted to them that was profitable in the hands of the others was rendered worthless because of their short-sightedness.

Luke 19:15
The glorious thing is this - no matter the opposition, no matter the hostility, no matter the rage, JESUS CHRIST has been set up as KING and He will come and rule those who hate Him!

Psalm 2:6
“Yet I have set my king on my holy hill of Zion...” KJV
“Don’t you know there’s a King in Zion…” Message
“I have placed my chosen king on the throne...” NLT

PRAYER:
  • Lord, we pray for Nigeria today. We present Nigeria and her 36 states at the throne of grace today. We seek mercy and grace from You for Nigeria today.
  • Lord, Nigeria must be occupied for You until You come! We declare Your kingdom come and Your will be done in the midst of Nigeria.
  • Father, You have set Your chosen King on Your holy hill of Zion. Let Jesus Christ be Lord indeed over the Church in Nigeria.
  • Your Church in Nigeria is the only hope for the transformation of the nation. There is no other way. So, Lord, visit Your Church in Nigeria.
  • As the Church in Nigeria arises to pray over the next few days – encounter her in Your mercy. Restore the revelation and preaching of the cross-centred gospel, the complete gospel to the pulpits of the Church in Nigeria.
  • Lord, the rods of Your strength are already in Nigeria. Lord, stir them up. Stir up Your Peters, Your Mordecais, Your Esthers, Yours Lydias, Your Obadiahs, Your Annas for the transformation of Nigeria. Lord, position them strategically in every strata of society for Your glory. Use them to make Your enemies Your footstool.
  • Lord, cause Your disciples to go to work in Nigeria with what You have invested in them. Lord, let Your life be reproduced in and through them. Make them profitable servants. Help them to gain much ground from the enemy.
  • Lord, please help those Your disciples who are not occupying for You. Change their attitudes and stir them up. Let not Your life in them be a waste in Nigeria. In the day of Your power cause them too to catch fresh fire and be free from their complacency and short-sightedness.
  • Lord, let many of those who hate You in Nigeria be won into the kingdom for You and let them too become rods of Your strength in Nigeria.

The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool. The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion.
Rule in the midst of Your enemies! (Psalm 110:1-2).

Asia Occupy Till I Come
Stand in the Gap

Join this HeartCry Prayer - Every Saturday 10:30pm - 12:30am (UK time)

Isaiah 62:6-7 (NKJV): I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

Matthew 28:19 KJV, NKJV : 19 GO YE therefore, and TEACH ALL NATIONS, MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL THE NATIONS, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Luke19:13 KJV, NKJV, MSG:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, “Occupy till I come”, “Do business till I come”, “Operate with this until I return”. (Stand in the Gap).

An instruction / Commission has gone forth from God and our Chief commandant Jesus Christ to "GO AND TEACH ALL NATIONS”, “MAKE DISCIPLES” of them and “Occupy till he comes” as watchmen (stand in the gap till He comes).

Let’s learn the operation from Abraham.

Genesis Chapter 18 (KJV):17 And the Lord said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;… (Merciful God)

Verses 20-22 :20 And the Lord said, because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; 21 I WILL GO DOWN NOW, AND SEE whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. (Merciful God; the God of second chance).22 And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: BUT ABRAHAM STOOD YET BEFORE THE LORD.

Ø  The story in Genesis chapter 18 tells us about God’s visitation to Abraham on His way to assess the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah which has come unto Him; before He passes judgement on them. God found Abraham a righteous man whom he cannot hide anything from because he is a friend with a mandate. We found Abraham interceding on behalf of Sodom and Gomorrah for the sakes of the righteous in the land but unfortunately God could not find one. Why? I asked myself because there was no one to stand in the gap. Lot, who could have done this, got entangled in the affairs of Sodom and Gomorrah. He was able to escape this destruction with his two daughters because of Abraham’s prayers for them.

Ø  Brothers and Sisters, the Lord has come to us today just like Abraham because we have found favour in His sight to stand in the gap for Asia, to pray for the watchmen (the likes of Lot) He has raised in the Continent of Asia who are been destroyed through persecution or have entangled themselves with the affairs of the world system there.

Ø  The news, things we see and hear around us are all signs of God coming down to us to do something just like He did to Abraham. He has put in us the ability, the strength to be able to occupy / stand in the gap till He comes.

2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
what are we expected to do while occupying / standing in the Gap?

Jeremiah 1:9-10 (NKJV):Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.10 See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant.”

Ø  It is the Lord that will put forth His hand to touch our mouths; put His words in it to root out, pull down, destroy, build and to plant; but before He can do this, we need to humble ourselves, pray, seek God and turn from all wicked ways. The Lord has set us up today over nations, and over Kingdoms including the continent of Asia. It is the Lord that will do it through us. And He is ready to do it.

What God wants us to deal with in the Continent of Asia.

Luke19:1-9 NKJV: Then Jesus entered and passed through Jericho. Now behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus who was a chief tax collector, and he was rich. And he sought to see who Jesus was, but could not because of the crowd, for he was of short stature. So he ran ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see Him for He was going to pass that way.

Ø  People like Zacchaeus are seeking to see the light of Jesus come into Asia; but have been handicapped by physical and spiritual barriers standing in their ways. God’s creations are praying, doing things to the best of their knowledge like Cornelius in Acts 10:22 waiting for help to come (the likes of Abraham, Lot, watchmen in Asia to arise and stand in the gap).

And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him,[a] and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.” So he made haste and came down, and received Him joyfully. But when they saw it, they all complained,…(Giants in the land) verse And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham; 10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

Ø  The Lord wants to visit all the “Zacchaeus” and “Lots” in the Continent of Asia today. He has come down to visit the Continent of Asia through our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ in us. To root out, pull down, destroy and throw down the Giants that will not make the people of Asia see Jesus; that is the complete gospel.

In the case of Zacchaeus it was:

1.    “The crowd”: Things that are chocking the children of God in Asia such as cheating, oppressing the needy / the poor by acquiring things from them falsely, the world system, money, debt,  Ignorance of the victory in Jesus Christ etc.
2.    His stature”: physical & spiritual disabilities such as bondages, oppressions, wickedness in high and low places, principalities and powers, poverty, spiritual blindness, ignorance of the FULL gospel etc.
3.    Complaint of people”: Legislations, laws that are holding or preventing the manifestation of the complete gospels.

In the case of Lot
1.    Lack of righteousness (holy living), Lack of focus, corruption, prayerlessness, compromise, men pleasing, greed to mention but a few distracting the watchmen.
2.    The entanglement / abomination of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Ø  Brethren, the reason God show us the things we see, put a burden in our hearts for some things is because He wants us to do something about them; That is stand in the gap for it. Abraham realised this and he did it to save Lot and his family.

Ø  God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit have come to us today like they did Abraham. They are asking the question like they did unto Abraham.

Verse 14: Is anything too hard for the Lord?..........

Genesis 18:23-26 (KJV) 23 And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? 24 Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? 25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? 26 And the Lord said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

Ø  The Lord has brought us unto this platform today, to answer to the call of Jesus Christ which says “occupy till I come", "Operate with this until I return". Just like the Lord's visit to Abraham before destroying Sodom and Gomorrah the Lord has come for us to stand in the Gap for Asia until the full gospel is established in this continent.

Ø  Let’s stand and occupy just like Abraham did for Asia. For the sake of the righteous there, for the sake of the gospel; the Lord has said he will spare the place.

Let’s pray like these:

Prayer Points:

·         Lord our father look up unto the continent of Asia today, let her find favour in your sight and do not pass away from her in the name of Jesus .
·         For the sake of the righteous souls in the continent of Asia O Lord, please have mercy on her and deliver her from all oppressions that are holding her captive in Jesus name.
·         Lord raise up watchmen for the continent of Asia who will give you no rest until you establish and make her a praise in the earth in Jesus name.
·         Let the inhabitant of Asia receive your fear, humble themselves, pray and seek your face as from today hence forth in Jesus name.
·         Pour out your mercy and grace upon the persecuted souls in Asia in Jesus name.
·         Lord arise and travail through your righteous souls in Asia for her peace in Jesus name.
·         Create open doors for the complete gospel to enter Asia and let it stay in Jesus name.
·         Let every barrier to the spread of the complete gospel be pull down in Jesus name.
·         We uproot every abomination of Sodom and Gomorrah in Asia and pull down the citadel of the strong man in charge of Asia in Jesus name.
·         Let all craftiness in the Laws, legislations and counsel of the strong man in charge of Asia be turned to foolishness in Jesus name.
·         We ask for the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ to rest upon every righteous soul in the government levels, business world, military of nations, social care sector, politics etc in the continent of Asia in Jesus name.
·         And finally Lord let your kingdom come by power and your will be done over Asia in Jesus name.
·         Thank you Lord for hearing our Prayers for in Jesus mighty name we have prayed. Amen.

Europe: Give Me This Mountain
Rods Like Peter

Join this HeartCry Prayer - Every Saturday 10:30pm - 12:30am (UK time)

Peter was one of the first followers of Jesus. As soon as Jesus met him, He changed his name from Peter to Cephas, a rock.

He had a profitable fishing business.

Jesus officially called Peter to follow Him, after producing a miraculous catch of fish.

For the next three years, Peter lived as a disciple of the Lord Jesus.

He was impetuous, rash, impulsive, almost reckless; he spoke and acted without thinking most  the time.

Received revelation from God one minute, the next receiving inspiration from Satan.

Although Jesus said Peter was a rock, looking at his life when Jesus was alive and in the immediate aftermath of His death, Peter was more of a reed blown this way and that way.

John 21:3
Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.

       Peter experienced Calvary, yet…
Peter was evacuated of his old life at the cross, yet…
Peter’s name was changed to be the rock, yet…
The church was to be built through God’s revelation to him, yet…
Peter was told, “He is risen, I have seen Him; He said I should come and tell you and He mentioned your name specifically,” yet…

Something happened to Peter before he could fulfil the prophesy of Jesus upon him.

THE HOLY GHOST, THE DAY OF PENTECOST FULLY CAME AND HE WAS BAPTISED.

Acts 2:14
But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

Acts 3: 6-8
Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.

Acts 4:19-20
But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.

Acts 5:29
Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

Acts 8:14-17
Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.

Acts 10:44
While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

Jesus’ promise that Peter would be foundational in building the Church was fulfilled in three stages:

Peter preached on the Day of Pentecost.

Then, he was present when the Samaritans received the Holy Spirit.

Finally, he was summoned to the home of the Roman centurion Cornelius, who also believed and received the Holy Spirit.

In this way, Peter “unlocked” three different worlds and opened the door of the gospel to Jews, Samaritans, and Gentiles

Peter was very critical, crucial and vital in God’s plan for His own generation.

Prayer Points

There are rods like Peter allocated for revival in Europe. Where are they, O Lord, where are they?

Some may need restoration and reassurance like Peter. Lord, please if they need to catch fish until the net breaks, then do so.

Some need encouragement and inspiration. Lord, if you need to bake hot bread and fish for them to show them that they do not need to fish all night anymore, please do for them.

Some may need to see their risen Saviour again. Lord, please show them Yourself; restate the gospel in their lives; show them what happened to them at the cross again.

Holy Ghost, please fish them out; please go after them to where they have gone a fishing.

Holy Spirit, you know them; you know their address; you know their state. Please chase after them, pursue them until they are captured.

Peter opened the door of three different nations to the gospel after the HOLY GHOST happened to him. Please let us ask for an outpouring of the Holy Ghost.  We cannot move away from Him, He is the revivalist.

Pour down Holy Spirit in an unprecedented way that our generation has never seen before.

Holy Ghost, please come again. Lord, dig the lives of Your Peters. Evacuate them so there can be space and capacity for the Spirit of Christ,  the Holy Ghost to fill them to overflowing.

Holy Ghost, do it again. Do it again, we beseech you. O Lord, do it again, come for us, come again for Europe.
