Previous knowledge given to us by the Spirit of GOD:

At this House of Commons , decisions are being approved; issues and matters are being debated and deliberated; laws are being legislated; the work of the government are being scrutinised.

What Then Are These “Laws”? 

Diverse dictionary meaning - They are systematic and set of rules and regulations of a particular country or nation being passed on to its members to adhere to or to comply with. (Paraphrase). Synonyms of the word “laws” – act; statute; decree; edict; command etc.

So since the Most High GOD delights/rules in the affairs of men (Dan 4:17), what does the Bible say about laws? What is the verdict of Our King-Servant concerning the laws of nations?

Psalm 19: 7-9 (KJV) – ⁷The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. ⁸The statues of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. ⁹The fear of the LORD is clean enduring forever: the judgements of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

Romans 7: 12 & 14a (KJV) – ¹²Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. ¹⁴For we know that the law is spiritual;

Therefore, biblical laws are a holy system of commandments, testimony, statues and judgements that are meant to be observed by all nations and all people (for GOD is the Creator of all people).

Insight/search into how the laws of United Kingdom are being legislated:

• The proposal to a new law or the proposal to change an existing law that is presented for debate before Parliament is called a bill.

•  The passage of a bill starts at the House of Commons (or it could start from House of Lords)

• House of Commons

• Committee stage (Commons)
• Report stage (Commons)
• Third reading (Commons)

It is then passed to the House of Lords

• House of Lords

• Second reading (Lords)

• Third reading (Lords)

·         The bill then goes through Consideration of amendments. This is the agreement of the exact wordings of the bill by both houses. In exceptional cases, when the two houses do not reach an agreement, the bill falls. If certain conditions are met, the Commons can use the Parliament Acts to pass the bill, without the consent of the Lords.  If the Lords disagree with any Commons amendments, or makes alternative proposals, then the bill is sent back to the Commons. A bill may go back and forth between each house until both houses reach an agreement.

·         Once the Commons and Lords agree on the final version of the bill, it can receive Royal Assent and become an Act of Parliament (the proposals of the bill now become “LAWS”). Royal Assent is the Monarch's agreement to make the bill into an Act and is a formality. There is no set time period between the consideration of amendments to the bill and Royal Assent – it can even be a matter of minutes after the agreement of both houses is completed.

   

Prayers:

• Thank You, JESUS for where your Spirit is, there is liberty. Praise GOD that we cried that the Holy Spirit should go forth and engulf the whole of the House of Parliament, as well as rest on the seats and the LORD who answers by fire, heard us.

• Because the Spirit of GOD dwells at the House, we decree that bills or laws being deliberated upon, will become holy, just and good according to the will of GOD – Romans 7:12.

•  It is written that the law of the LORD is perfect, converting souls - Psalm 19:7. Therefore, let every law being passed begin to set men/women free from every national bondage/captivity. As the testimony of the LORD is sure, thereby making wise the simple, let there be a divine turn-around to the foolishness for every law, in favour of the people of GOD in UK in the name of Jesus.

•  It is also written that the statues of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; and the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes – Psalm 19:8. As the LORD lives and His Spirit is alive in the House of Parliament in UK, let every law that is suppressing the Gospel of GOD, be revoked; and let the reason and manifestation for which Christ Jesus came in the flesh begin to bind up the broken-hearted and to recover the sight of the blind – Isaiah 61:1-3 and Luke 4:18-19.

•  Again, it is written that the fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the judgements of the LORD are true and righteous altogether – Psalm 19:9. Because the Spirit of GOD abides in the House of Parliament, let the heart of all the law-makers be captivated by the fear of the LORD; and let righteousness reign over every injustice towards the people in UK. Let the TRUTH (which is JESUS Himself) prevail over every selected committee concerning “freedom of belief” – so that there will be freedom to express the Word of GOD, and freedom to accept/reject, not seeing believers as enforcing religion in Jesus’ name.

•   LORD JESUS, as the laws of the kingdom of Medes and Persian could not stop Daniel from serving You – Daniel 6:1-28 – let not the laws of UK, passed by man, be able to hinder/delay/obstruct the propagation of the GOOD NEWS in this nation in the name of Jesus.

• Whether it is the new bills/laws after the swearing-in of the present  2015 Parliament members or the carried-over from the previous Parliamentary sessions, as the signet ring of King Darius and that of his lords could not seal the life of Daniel in the lion’s den [Daniel 6:16] – O LORD JESUS, You who reign supreme above every monarch of UK who has the final authorisation to every bill/law, rise up against every bill/law being made that is in contrast to your word, your will and your plan for UK in the name of Jesus.

• Isaiah 8:10 (ISV) – Take counsel together, but it will all be for nothing; go ahead and talk [deliberate, converse; dialogue], but it will all be for nothing, for our own GOD is with us {EMMANUEL}. Therefore Holy Spirit, as they take counsel together over these laws, let it come to nought but let the counsel of Emmanuel prevail. Let the Cross of Jesus, cross-out every earthly law that is in contrast to GOD’s laws for UK in the name of Jesus.

• ABBA FATHER, before whom we stand and cry out, let ALL the laws of United Kingdom, be in line with the LAWS OF GOD! Holy Spirit, help in accordance to these decrees being observed and obeyed – Deut. 4:6 (NLT).

North America - Mexico City

North America is a continent which comprises the northern half of the American land-mass. 

There are 23 countries in North America. They are the United States, Canada, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, El Salvador, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Haiti, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, San Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Dominica.

MEXICO – CAPITAL IS MEXICO CITY:

• Presently (2015) has a population of 125,235,587; difference of 1,469,837 from July 2014. Population equivalent to 1.71% of the total world population, with the rank number 11 in the list of countries in population.

• Independence gained through political revolution from the hand of the Spaniards (Colonial power) on September 16, 1810. Each year they celebrate their independence day, they remember their rebellion against the Spaniards, thereby naming it as the day of the Cry of Dolores (which means sorrow).

• Mexican immigrants are popularly Hispanic (Spanish speaking citizens) or Latino (indigenes from Latin America) in the US with a population of over 50million – 16.3% of US population. Please note that Hispanics or Latinos are natives from Cuba, Puerto-Rico and Central America.

• Roman Catholicism is the main religion in this nation (85%), protestants are very few in number (10%) and less than 5% are Jews.

• The Indian beliefs came and influenced part of the Catholic Church and very soon, this sect supported the traditional folk of religious practices where different idol worship and ceremonies were condoned.

• For those not influenced by the Indian, they stuck to their Roman Catholic belief of worshipping the “Virgin of Guadalupe.” Way back from 1531, it was believed that the Virgin Mary appeared on three occasions to a Christian woodcutter and commanded him to seek the Bishop then and inform him of her desire to have a church built in her honour on a particular spot. This was built after so many claimed appearances of the ‘Mary’, and nine out of ten Mexicans go to ask for intercessions from the ‘Virgin’.

What is God’s verdict right from the onset about all the above?

Exodus 20:4; Lev 26:1; Isa 42:8

Could it be as a result of all the above that the land of Mexico has been facing its predicaments?

According to statistics and my research which started on Wed (10-06-2015), Mexico has had:

• 2 earthquakes that day,
• 11 earthquakes in the past 7days,
• 105 earthquakes in the past 1 month,
• 940 earthquakes in the past year.

Thursday (11-06-2015 by 9:51pm):

• 3 earthquakes yesterday,
• 14 earthquakes in the past 7 days,
• 108 earthquakes in the past 1 month,
• 943 earthquakes in the past year.

As co-labourers with/in Christ Jesus, whom the LORD has given His heart to cry and travail in prayer, are we to keep quiet or are we to rend our clothes (our hearts) as Paul and Barnabas did? Acts 14:8-17; 1Tim 2:1-2.

Prayers:

Lam 3:22 (KJV); 1Tim 1:16 (TLB)

• Thank GOD for this opportunity of grace that is still open for the Mexicans as He has promised that He “delights not in the death of sinners but that they come unto repentance.”

• Cry for GOD’s mercy upon the country of Mexico. Only His mercy can prevail the damnation and judgement upon the nation, mainly idol-worshippers – Rev 21:8.

• As terrible as Sodom and Gomorrah was, Abraham still interceded and asked for mercy as we are admonish in 1Tim 2:1-2. Let us pray, peradventure, for the souls of innocent and genuine believers of Christ or brethren in this country.

• According to Paul and Barnabas in Acts 14:15 (TLB) – “…the Good News was brought to turn them from the worship of the foolish things and to pray instead to the living GOD, who made the heaven and the earth…” Pray that the veil of unbelief (which is the lies of the devil) be removed by the Cross of Jesus and be nail on it, so that GOD’s people can be set free; that their hearts be turned from the worship of all these foolish and dead entities by the Man of Calvary Himself.

• That as Jesus is miraculously raising His Gideons – men of salvation – disciples indeed – who will take the complete message of the Gospel into the land of Mexico and even to its neighbouring cities. For indeed the harvest is plenty [souls in millions]!

• Beloved, let us begin to see with the perspective of Jesus – That the Gideons He will be sending forth into Mexico are His Ark of Covenant, and remember what happened to the statue of Dagon in its shrine? IT COULD NOT STAND ANYMORE! So we see the statue of Virgin of Guadalupe falling down before the Mighty Men of Valour of Christ Jesus, as the message of the Cross takes its stand.

• If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do? (Ps 11:3) – That the blood of Jesus and the blood of the Cross will begin to washed every pollution and defilement of the land of Mexico by, and only by His miraculous power.

• We declare Mexico City – the whole of North America for JESUS, and JESUS only!!!

Georgia

LORD, REVEAL THE WAY OF THE CROSS

Georgia: A very religious nation, yet carnal in their way of life. The truth of the complete mystery of the gospel is not present because of the orthodox religion that exists very powerfully in the land. Since the orthodox religion is official, the people compromise their faith. Traditional orthodox believers cling so much to their religion and appear to be faithful to what they have received over the years.  

Most shocking event that was recorded in Georgia was the conversion of 5,000 Muslims into orthodox Christianity. Nobody, knows what really made it happen, but the belief is that perhaps “it was the will of God.”

Evangelical Baptist Church of the Republic of Georgia: Aside from the orthodox believers, the Evangelical Baptists are also a group of believers who are radical; they are not afraid to speak out and stand up where others would not. They celebrate women as deacons, presbyters, and currently have one female bishop with another one on the way due to the tremendous effort of women in building the church and bringing it back to life during the period of the Soviet Union. 

Below is the statement of the church leader: “In the 1930’s all the churches were closed down by comrade Stalin and all the male leaders and male laymen were sent to Siberia. All of them. And I think the Soviets made a dramatic mistake. If they wanted to get rid of the Baptist Church in Georgia, they should not have sent the men; they should have sent the women. Owing to the work of the women, the Church not only survived, but it grew. When the Soviets came, there were twelve ethnic Georgian Baptist churches. And when the Soviet Union collapsed there were a couple of thousand churches.  It was not because the Soviets favoured the Baptists, but it was because of the energy the women brought to the life of the Church. The Church survived owing to the leadership provided by women. My grandmother was a sort of Bible woman in Communist time who would go from a village to another and would stay overnight and would speak to the people. The Communists.”

They stand for equal treatment of people regardless of their sexual orientation and they are deeply engaged in the work of interfaith advocacy with persecuted Muslims within Georgia as well as with Russian refugees: The Georgian Evangelical Baptists are a group of believers that are full of good works. They claim that being just a Christian is not enough! They came to this conclusion, due to the experience they had with their once claimed enemies (The Chechenian and Northern Caucasian people), who persecuted and tortured them by kidnapping their men and women and selling them off in order to build their own economy, because they were very poor. Though this affected the psyche of the Georgians, and it led to accumulated hatred for them, YET, when they heard that this same people where suffering and had become refugees in their land, they took a courageous step to prove to them that they were Christians, and offered a helping hand.

A country that had nothing raised half a million U.S dollar to help their dying and helpless enemy through the effort of the Church leader.  A sudden persecution began in the country, and the Muslims suffered most of the persecutions. 

The Bishop of the Evangelical Baptist Church said thus:

“What we found out was that Muslims were forbidden to pray on Fridays, that orthodox police were stopping people who were not wearing crosses and beating them, and the government organised the removal of a Muslim minaret in a small village. In our part of the world, you can be Muslim as long as nobody sees you. It is fine to have a place of worship, but as soon as you put up a minaret you are the target of abuse and attack. The same is true for various groups in our society that are sidelined by the majority culture. The Orthodox Church says it is fine for you to be a part of the LGBT community as long as nobody knows about you. So invisibility is the only way to survive. But unless you are visible, we cannot possibly feel as a dignified part of the wider society. This is how we found ourselves deeply engaged in advocacy work for the Muslim community in Georgia.”

PRAYER

I see a land, where God can have a great harvest of souls. If these people lay hold on the truth, and know the way of the cross and the complete mystery of the gospel, they would run with it and would be radical with it as well. But how can they hear without a preacher???

• Lord, thank You for the nation of Georgia.

1 Corinthians 2:12 “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”

Joel 2: 28 “And it shall come to pass, afterwards, that I shall pour out my Spirit upon all flesh…”

• Lord, let there be an outpouring of Your Spirit that will make known Your will unto the people of Georgia.
• Father, remember these people and show mercy unto them. Open the heavens unto them and bring them to know the complete mystery of the gospel.
• Lord, reveal the way of the cross to them.
• Send kingdom labourers to Your harvest; Calvary labourers who have known the mystery of the gospel.
• Ephesians 1: 9-10. Make known to them the mystery of your will.

Lord, we need a revival that is born through the power of the cross.

New Nigeria

Psalm 126; Isaiah 32

THANK GOD FOR:

• The miracle of this New Nigeria.  (Ps 126:1-3 CEV)
• The success of the Inauguration and Swearing-in ceremonies.
• The goodwill of many nations and the eagerness of Nigerians for a turnaround.
• His promises and plans for Nigeria. 
• Raising Nehemiahs to rebuild the broken-down walls of the nation.

FOR THE PRESIDENT:

(Isaiah 32:1-8 CEV,NIV,GNB)

• Protection, good health, soundness of body and mind for him.
• His wife to be the correct help for him not a Jezebel.
• The fear of God, a tender and compassionate heart for the people.
• Godly wisdom in his choice of cabinet members and staff; may they work in unity of spirit and purpose for the nation; in humility and fear of God.
• May God raise helpers of destiny for him; all the Christians in his cabinet and staff around him to be sensitive and sharp; let his ears be open to Godly counsel; may he be delivered from spirit of error, confusion, pride and inflexibility.
• Enabling grace, divine strength and boldness to effectively execute all his political programmes.
• May God shield him from the influence and control of evil advisers and party stalwarts; and protect him from the control of spirits of witchcraft, sorcery and manipulation.
• Divine favour of God for the cooperation of Nigerians and the International community.
• May the Spirit of God compel him to create the environment for the advancement of the Gospel.

THE MAIN OUTLINE OF THE INAUGURAL SPEECH  (Is 45:2-3)
           

                        INSECURITY

• May violence, bloodshed, kidnappings, ritual killings and all forms of evil be stamped out of Nigeria.
• Bind the spirit of brutality and lack of respect for human dignity through wanton killing and destruction of lives and properties.
• Let the fear of God rule in the hearts of men and women in our security agencies; may all the bad eggs and perpetrators of wickedness be purged from our law enforcement agencies.

Decree the enduring peace of God upon the whole territory of Nigeria; in the hearts of men; in homes, that men will dwell in safety.

           CORRUPTION

• In all arms of government: Executive, Legislative, Judiciary; corruption, bribery and misappropriation of funds (which has become endemic and entrenched in the psyche of the nation) will be stamped out.
• Pray against every form economic sabotage; bind the wicked spirit of looting, stealing and syphoning of the wealth of Nigeria.
• May all culprits and saboteurs who control certain aspects of our economy be exposed and brought to justice.
• Let Christians begin to stand up for the truth and live the exemplary life of Jesus in every stratum of society; let all the ones who had been fearful or cowed now receive boldness to say NO to ungodliness and Yes to righteousness.
• A revival and renewal of heart for our leaders and the entire populace. May there be an outpouring of the Spirit of God over Nigeria that we will witness a total transformation in the pervasive thinking of Nigerians; let the hearts of people hunger and thirst after righteousness.
• May Nigeria and Nigerians not celebrate fools and mediocres as heroes or people of honour any longer.
• Ask the Lord to create the spirit of dedication, hard work and excellence in the heart of every Nigerian from the baby in the cradle to the oldest citizen.

                      POWER/ENERGY

Thank God for abundant resources in Oil and Gas, Water, Sun, Bitumen and Coal that can be used to provide cheap and efficient power supply for the nation

Let us repent on behalf of the nation for the colossal amount of money that has been spent on this sector of economy yet without tangible change.

Let wisdom be received on behalf of the government for insight and solution for the power sector; beginning with:

1.  The massive fraud, corruption and decadence in the Petroleum industry.
2. The choice of Ministers in the sector, Board members of the NNPC, PHCN and other agencies and parastatals. 
3. The revamping of the existing refineries and construction of new and efficient ones.
4.  Restructuring, re-training of staff of the energy sector especially PHCN (Electricity company).
5. Resolve and boldness to implement policies that are equitable and fair.
6. Handling the transportation and distribution of petroleum products.
7. The organised labour union in these sectors.

• Let there be a thorough overhaul and lasting solution to the problems of the Energy problems in Nigeria, O Lord. 
• Open the eyes and hearts of our leaders to the hidden treasures and  give them wisdom on how to manage them efficiently.

 UNEMPLOYMENT

• Lord, forgive the selfishness of our leaders for paying only lip service and not thinking about the future of the country by not investing in the youth and young generation.
• Give foresight, courage and willingness to the policy makers (both in government and private sectors) for new ways of engaging our youth in the creation of more jobs.
• Raise up Godly leaders who will by examples of life motivate the hearts of our youth.
• Let idleness, thuggery, get-rich mentality created by a wrong work ethics in our society be replaced by the restoration of the dignity of labour; break this mentality, O Lord.
• Let there be contentment in the hearts of the people and a striving for excellence in whatever their hands find to do.

The Gospel is the only way to redeem a lost people; please shine the light of Your Good News over the whole of Nigeria and particularly in our youth who have been deemed a lost generation: Redeem your inheritance, O Lord.

Mongolia

Acts1:8 (KJV) “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

• Thank You Lord for the nation of Mongolia, for it is the uttermost part of the earth; thank You for the Gospel that is preached there already, for the open door to spread the message and for the Bible that has been printed in Mongol.

2 Corinthians 4:3-6 (KJV) “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. ⁵For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. ⁶For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.”

• Lord, deliver them from the stronghold of shamanism, Buddhism and Atheism.
• Remove the veil that the enemy has used to blind their minds.
• Let their heart be open to the Word of God.
• Open their eyes of understanding.
• We pray that the light of the gospel (the message of the cross) will shine into every heart in Mongolia and that the darkness in Mongolia will not be able to overcome it. (Jn. 1:1-5, 9).

1 Corinthians 16:9 (ESV) “for a wide door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.”

MINISTRY CHALLENGES

1)      TERRAIN, DISTANCE, LOCATION AND DISPERSION OF NOMADS
      (TAKES TIME AND COMMITMENT)
       Acts 8:9-40

• Lord, give them speed and increase their tenacity – vs39-40.
• Let the Holy Spirit be their eyes and ears (Spiritual navigator) – vs26.
• Lord, strategically position those You have ordained for salvation – vs27.
• Lord, make the way smooth for them.
• Lord, we pray for the conversion of the Shamanists – vs 9-13; 24.

2)      FEAR OF SPIRITUAL WORLD

2 Tim. 2:26 “And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.”
Isaiah 49:24-25a “Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? ²⁵ But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered;”

• Lord, deliver them from the snare of the devil, the fear of darkness and the captivity of the mighty.

3)      PLURALISM AND DISCIPLESHIP (MIXTURE OF FAITH)

Acts19:18-19(KJV) “And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds. ¹⁹ Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.”

• We pray for genuine conversion and deliverance from the power of witchcraft.
• Lord, purge them from the incomplete gospel and let their heart be totally sold to Christ.
• Let everything that holds them to the false religion be physical destroyed.

4)      LACK OF LABOURERS

Luke 10:2 (KJV) “Therefore said he unto them, the harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that he would send forth labourers into his harvest”

• Lord, bring increase in missionaries to Mongolia.
• Let discipleship be established and bring increase.
• Quicken the process of discipleship.
• Open the churches in Mongolia to the complete gospel.
• Let the love of Christ compel the labourers to meet the spiritual and physical needs of the people.
• Let the vision be that Christ and His banner will be lifted in Mongolia.
